Welcome to LandscapeProsDirectory.com (the “Site”), operated by Automation Native LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Description of Service

LandscapeProsDirectory is an online directory that connects homeowners with landscaping and outdoor living service providers. The Site provides business listings, search functionality, and related content including guides and articles about landscaping services.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

3. Business Listings

3.1 Accuracy of Information

Business owners who claim or manage a listing on the Site are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. This includes business name, address, phone number, website, hours of operation, and service descriptions.

3.2 Claiming a Listing

Business listings may be claimed by verified owners or authorized representatives. Claim approval is at our discretion and may require verification of ownership. Claiming a listing does not transfer ownership of the directory entry but grants management rights to the verified owner.

3.3 Listing Content

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or modify any listing content that we determine, in our sole discretion, is inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, or violates these Terms.

4. Premium & Featured Listings

Premium and Featured listing upgrades are subscription-based services that provide enhanced visibility on the Site. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fee as displayed at checkout
• Provide accurate payment information
• Understand that subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
• Accept that we may change pricing with 30 days' notice

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to manipulate search results or listing rankings
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Site without authorization
• Interfere with the security or functionality of the Site
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or business owners
• Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Automation Native LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Business listing descriptions, photos, and logos are provided by the respective businesses and are used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Links & Content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Business listing pages may include links to business websites and social media profiles — these are independently operated and not under our control.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Site will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• The quality of any services obtained through the Site will meet your expectations
• Business listing information is accurate or up to date
• Any errors in the Site will be corrected

We are a directory platform and are not a party to any agreements between homeowners and service providers. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality of any listed business.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOMATION NATIVE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Automation Native LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Site, its users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site immediately ceases. Premium subscription cancellations are governed by Section 4 of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
